1. How to make a complaint

You may raise a complaint in writing to sam@autospotltd.co.uk, by telephone on +44 (0)1202 985084, or by post to Compliance, AutospotUK Ltd (Rate Insider), Unit 2B, 6 Holton Point, Holton Road, Holton Heath Trading Park, Poole BH16 6FL.

Please include the following so that we may investigate promptly:

  • Your full name and preferred contact details.

  • Copies of any relevant correspondence or documentation.
  • The outcome you are seeking.

2. Our response timescales

  • We will acknowledge your complaint promptly, and in any event within five business days.
  • We aim to provide a full written response within four weeks. Where this is not possible, we will write to explain why and when you can expect a response.
  • We will issue a final response within eight weeks of receiving your complaint.

3. If you remain dissatisfied

If you are unhappy with our final response, or if eight weeks have passed without one, you may be able to refer your complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service, Exchange Tower, London E14 9SR (telephone 0800 023 4567, financial-ombudsman.org.uk). Please note that eligibility to use the Financial Ombudsman Service depends on your classification and the nature of the matter, and it may not be available in relation to unregulated investments.

4. Data protection complaints

Complaints relating to the handling of your personal data may also be raised with the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

5. Record keeping

We maintain a record of all complaints and the outcomes reached for a minimum of six years, and we review them periodically to identify improvements to our processes.
