We are the data controller in respect of the personal data described in this policy and are registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).

2. The personal data we collect

We may collect and process the following categories of personal data:

  • Identity and contact data — your name, email address, telephone number and postcode.
  • Enquiry data — the information you provide in our enquiry form, including your indicative investment range, investor category and any message you send us.
  • Eligibility data — information required to assess whether you qualify as a certified high net worth individual, self-certified sophisticated investor or professional client.
  • Technical data — IP address, browser type and version, device information and time zone settings.
  • Usage data — information about how you use our website, collected only where you have consented to non-essential cookies.

3. How we use your personal data and our lawful bases

  • To respond to your enquiry and assess your eligibility — lawful basis: steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract, and our legitimate interests in operating our business.
  • To provide information about opportunities that may be relevant to you — lawful basis: consent, where required by the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003 (PECR).
  • To comply with our legal and regulatory obligations, including anti-money laundering and financial promotion record-keeping — lawful basis: legal obligation.
  • To maintain the security and integrity of our website — lawful basis: legitimate interests.

4. Marketing communications

We will only send you marketing communications where you have consented or where we are otherwise permitted to do so under PECR. You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us or by using the unsubscribe link included in every email.

5. Sharing your personal data

We do not sell your personal data. We may share it with professional advisers, IT and hosting providers, identity and eligibility verification providers, and with regulators, law enforcement or other authorities where we are required to do so by law. All processors acting on our behalf are bound by written contracts requiring them to safeguard your data.

Where personal data is transferred outside the United Kingdom, we ensure an appropriate level of protection through UK adequacy regulations or the International Data Transfer Agreement (or the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses).

7. How long we keep your data

We retain enquiry data for up to six years from the date of your last interaction with us, reflecting statutory limitation periods and FCA record-keeping expectations for financial promotions. Data no longer required is securely deleted or anonymised.

8. Your rights

Under the UK GDPR you have the right to:

  • Request access to a copy of your personal data.
  • Request rectification of inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Request erasure of your data where there is no continuing lawful basis for us to hold it.
  • Object to, or request restriction of, our processing.
  • Request the transfer of your data to another controller (data portability).
  • Withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent.
